I’m Cara Behan, LMFT based in Santa Barbara, CA. I offer compassionate, holistic psychotherapy both in person and via tele-health integrating mind and body to support your healing, resilience, and balance through individual therapy, groups, and mindfulness-based courses.

Psychotherapy

I offer therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and teens to navigate life’s challenges, from relationship issues to addiction or managing depression. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your distress and create a plan for healing and growth.

Yoga Therapy

Integrative yoga complements talk therapy by teaching self-soothing techniques that reduce stress and anxiety, helping to connect mind and body for healing. It’s an effective tool for managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction recovery, and chronic pain. By incorporating yoga, you’ll gain valuable coping skills for emotional stress and support your mental health journey.
